Elke dag arriveren er zendingen uit steden over de hele wereld. Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat deze import- en exportstromen soepel verlopen. Je controleert de documenten, verwerkt de gegevens in het systeem en zorgt dat elke zending voldoet aan de voorschriften van de luchtvaartmaatschappijen.
Als Medewerker Import & Export Planning ben jij het administratieve hart van onze cargo-afdeling. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat elke vlucht van voorbereiding tot vertrek perfect wordt afgehandeld. Geen dag is hetzelfde in deze dynamische internationale omgeving op Schiphol!
Specialistisch werk: Verwerk en controleer import- en exportdocumentatie voor internationale luchtvaartmaatschappijen. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail vliegt vracht foutloos de wereld over.

Groeimogelijkheden: Via de dnata Training Academy groei je door naar functies zoals Cargo Professional of Ramp Coordinator.

Salaris vanaf €3.010 per maand (excl. toeslagen)

Het opstellen van bouwplanningen voor uitgaande vracht
Het verwerken van documentatie nadat de bouwplanning is uitgevoerd door warehousecollega’s
Het plannen van inkomende vracht op basis van Final Flight Messages (FFM) van airlines
Het actief monitoren van opbouw- en afbraakprocessen op basis van de gemaakte planningen
Het proactief informeren van stakeholders bij wijzigingen
Het signaleren en oplossen van afwijkingen binnen het opbouw- en/of afbraakproces
Minimaal mbo-3 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur 2 jaar ervaring in export, logistiek of luchtvrachtadministratie
Kennis van luchtvrachtprocessen is een pré
Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands én Engels in woord en geschrift
Sterk in communicatie, assertief en een echte teamspeler

As an Import & Export Planning Officer, you are the administrative backbone of our cargo operations team. You work accurately, stay organized, and keep every flight from preparation to departure running seamlessly. No two days are ever the same in this fast-paced international environment at Schiphol Airport.
Specialized work – Process and verify import and export documentation for international airlines. Your eye for detail ensures every shipment is handled flawlessly.

Planning all outbound cargo from agents based on bookings
Preparing build plans for outbound cargo
Processing documentation after the build plan has been executed by warehouse colleagues
Planning inbound cargo based on Final Flight Messages (FFM) from airlines
Actively monitoring build-up and break-down processes in line with the established plans
Proactively informing stakeholders of any changes
Identifying and resolving deviations within the build-up and/or break-down process
Minimum MBO-3 (Dutch upper secondary vocational) level, preferably 2 years of experience in export, logistics, or air cargo administration
Knowledge of air cargo processes is a plus
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Strong communication skills, assertive, and a true team player
Flexibility to work 24/7 shifts, with at least 8 years of residence in the Netherlands (for VGB clearance)
Salary between €2,951 – €3,988/month (excluding allowances)
25 vacation days + 8% holiday pay
