As a Carrier Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for sourcing new and existing carrier partners to service our customers with a high level of transparency and attention to detail. The Carrier Sales Representative will be a strong relationship builder, determined to elevate service and leverage market conditions and carrier partnerships to achieve the long term financial goals of Logan Premium. ***This role is fully remote anywhere in the United States.*** ***This is a fully commission based role- 15% gross margin of all billed loads.*** **What You’ll Do:** - Use digital platforms to source new and existing carrier partners for high volume lanes. - Negotiate with carrier partners to enhance margin and achieve financial goals. - Track active loads to ensure on time pick up and delivery. - Resolve in-transit issues by working cross functionally across departments. - Communicate with teammates and carrier partners to service our customers effectively and catch issues before they arise. **Who you are:** - Highly communicative. - A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. - Incredibly analytical and detail oriented. - A critical thinker who can apply problem solving skills to resolve issues and identify problems before they happen. - A long-term thinker with the ability to identify potential opportunity for growth. - Goal oriented and looking to progress in their logistics career. - Highly competitive and driven to win. **Qualifications:** - A minimum of 1-2 years of carrier sales experience. - Demonstrated ability to maintain a high volume of load count and carrier management. - Experience in McLeod is a huge plus. - Proven ability to work both as a team and an individual contributor.
