Our operations across Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium are supported by a team of approximately 60 employees. To strengthen our team at our Cash & Carry location in Rotterdam , we are looking for a Cash & Carry Store Manager (m/f/d) on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). Your role As Cash & Carry Store Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Sales and be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Cash & Carry store in Rotterdam. You lead the Cash & Carry team and ensure that products are available, correctly priced and attractively presented. You also oversee the efficient and accurate receipt, storage and replenishment of goods. At the same time, you create a positive working environment while maintaining high operational standards. You play an active role in the overall performance of the Cash & Carry store. You combine operational excellence with commercial awareness, ensuring optimal product availability, accurate inventory management, correct pricing and barcode administration and an attractive, well-organized sales floor. You also assess and identify whether additional products should be included in the assortment based on customer needs and the competitive landscape. Working closely with Purchasing, Sales and Management, you help improve operational performance and deliver an outstanding shopping experience for our professional customers. Your key responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations, including the sales floor, goods receipt, storage and replenishment Lead, coach and motivate a team of 3 Cash & Carry employees, ensuring efficient workforce planning and productivity Ensure high inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts and discrepancy analysis Drive revenue growth of the Cash & Carry store by actively upselling and attracting new customers Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales and Management to optimize stock availability, customer service and operational efficiency Your profile Several years of experience in a Cash & Carry environment, ideally within food wholesale or alternatively experience in warehouse management or retail Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating operational teams Strong organizational and planning skills with a hands-on mentality A good understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and health & safety requirements Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Good command of Turkish, Englisch and Dutch An established network within the Turkish and/or ethnic market in de wider Rotterdam area would be a strong advantage What we offer A key position within a growing family-owned business with an international outlook A dedicated and supportive team with a hands-on mentality Competitive salary, including an 8% holiday allowance Employee discounts and regular team events Interested?
