Ready-to-Eat (RTE) category Assist Product Development Managers in implementing product development projects or category promotions to drive ready-to-eat business and achieve company goal Prepare new item forms, obtain item details from suppliers and follow up on item launching and product specifications and promotion deals Support the team to prepare regular categories sales analysis and system data maintenance Arrange stock allocation and return arrangement in order to achieve category budgeted sales and margin Coordinate with vendors to arrange samples for review, promotional display materials to stores and stocks management Provide routine administrative support to the team Ad hoc work assigned by Product Development Managers Do you have experience in category management? Associate degree or above with 2 years of relevant experience in Commercial or ready-to-eat business Fresh graduates/ Candidate with Food & Nutrition or QA background are welcome to apply Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Power Point, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese Good interpersonal skills Self-motivated and detail-minded Fresh graduate with strong business acumen will be considered 7-Eleven possesses the largest retail store network with over 1000 convenience stores in Hong Kong and Macau.
