Compensation & Hours Average Weekly Pay: $1,130 – $1,500 per week Employment Type: Full-time, W2 position Orientation: Paid company orientation Accessorial Pay: $20 per hour for detention and breakdown time Home Time & Schedule Home Time: Home weekly for a full 34-hour reset Operating Area: Regional routes throughout the northwestern states Consistency: Predictable dispatch with a steady, reliable workload Freight & Equipment Freight Type: 100% No-Touch Dry Van Operations: Primarily drop-and-hook loads along well-established regional lanes Equipment: Assigned late-model tractors (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International) focused on safety and driver comfort Benefits & Perks Insurance: Full comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance Time Off: 10 days of paid vacation per year and 8 paid holidays per year Retirement: 401(k) plan available with up to a $2,000 company match Minimum Requirements License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
