This role is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about reaching diverse families and bridging language barriers to deliver exceptional care at the Melville Center on Sunday. This position does have the potential of weekday mornings as we continue to grow. WHAT YOU'LL DOLead and facilitate structured social groups in a supportive and engaging environment. Implement evidence-based teaching strategies (modeling, role-play, prompting, reinforcement, and natural environment teaching). Promote positive peer interactions and appropriate social behaviors. Support participants in practicing and generalizing skills across different activities and settings. Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or BTs assisting with social groups. Provide ongoing feedback and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality implementation of interventions.
