Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or LBA credential required or in process
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in center setting
- Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Available to work four weekdays from 2–7pm and Saturdays from 8:45am–3:30pm
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (BONUS POINTS)
- Familiarity with ABA-based therapy platforms and electronic data collection tools
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English and Spanish
