POSITION OVERVIEW
Dragonfly Cares is seeking a Salaried BCBA Center Based to provide culturally responsive, work in the Melville center to provide support to children with autism and developmental disabilities with various behaviors including SIB, Physical aggression, Elopement, and Task refusal.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or LBA credential required or in process
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in center setting
- Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Available to work Monday Through Friday 8-3:30 PM
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (BONUS POINTS)
- Familiarity with ABA-based therapy platforms and electronic data collection tools
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English and Spanish
