# CEO & Co-Founder — B2B SaaS venture in regtech / compliance (Barcelona, Spain) **About Antai Ventures** Antai Ventures is a Barcelona-based venture studio with presence across Southern Europe and LatAm (Mexico). Since 2012 we have co-founded +30 companies — including Glovo, Wallapop, PlatanoMelón, GoTrendier and Piper — backing the best co-founders to build global companies that disrupt multi-billion-dollar industries. Our ventures have raised more than $1.5B in funding, generated more than $3B in shareholder value, and currently employ more than 3,000 people. **The opportunity** We are building a B2B SaaS company in compliance: an AI copilot that helps AML teams at banks, payment institutions and fintechs run investigations and KYC/KYB reviews faster — producing auditable case files with a human always in the loop. Compliance teams in Europe are drowning in alerts and manual casework just as a new wave of EU regulation (AMLA, DORA) raises the bar; the budget is large, growing and non-discretionary. As a founder, you'll be in the driving seat — launching and leading your own company. We invest in you and act as your co-founding partners, equipping you with strategic support so you can go from 0 to 1 faster. **As CEO & Co-Founder, you will be responsible for** - Owning the company's vision, strategy and P&L from day zero. - Driving customer discovery with compliance leaders (MLROs, CCOs) to sharpen the wedge and reach product-market fit. - Building a repeatable go-to-market: landing lighthouse customers, converting pilots into recurring contracts, and owning ARR growth. - Recruiting and leading an exceptional founding team alongside Antai. - Navigating a regulated buyer: building trust with compliance, risk and audit stakeholders where credibility is the product. - Raising the company's next funding rounds. - Setting the culture, pace and operating cadence of the company. **What we're looking for** *Must-haves* - Proven 0→1 experience operating a digital business — as a founder, early employee or general manager with real ownership. - 5+ years of professional experience with increasing operational leadership. - Demonstrated ability to attract and retain top talent. - Strong commercial judgment: you know how to find revenue and close complex B2B deals. - Experience in regulated industries — financial services, compliance, legal or insurance. - Excellent communication skills; fluent Spanish and English. *Nice-to-haves (bonus)* - Experience building or selling B2B software to enterprise or mid-market buyers. - Direct exposure to AML/KYC, financial-crime or regtech. - Previous founder of a VC-backed company, or early at a high-growth startup. **What we offer** - The opportunity to own a real part of what you build with a meaningful equity stake (investment is required). - Competitive compensation as the company gets funded. - Membership in Antai's ecosystem of serial entrepreneurs who have founded and scaled $1B+ companies. - Access to support from Antai's team. - The chance to build your next company in a fast-tracked way. - Office space in Barcelona and Madrid (and Mexico City). **Interested?** If building a category-defining company alongside an experienced studio sounds like your next chapter, we'd love to talk.
