Your Day-to-Day : Conduct data analysis and market/industry research to support strategic decision-making Develop strategic initiatives, translate them into actionable execution plans, and ensure alignment between strategy and execution Monitor and track the implementation of key projects and company-wide initiatives Evaluate outcomes, identify gaps, and continuously refine strategies to improve performance Execute strategic priorities across multiple functions and business units Who We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or a relevant strategy/operations role Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
