Our mission is to deliver world-class results in a five-star hospitality environment. ## **Position Summary** Are you a licensed clinician tired of the insurance mill and high-volume quotas? At UGP, you are not just a clinician — you are a **Performance Specialist**. As a Recovery Specialist, you will work in a 100% cash-based environment alongside elite Golf Coaches and Fitness Trainers, allowing you to focus entirely on one-on-one outcomes without insurance-driven constraints. This role bridges clinical rehabilitation and elite athletic performance, serving as the steward of our clients’ physical longevity and readiness. ## **What You’ll Do** ### **Integrated Performance Care** - Perform golf-specific orthopedic examinations and movement screens (TPI-based). - Develop individualized “Performance Longevity” plans for golfers of all levels. - Deliver high-end recovery sessions including manual therapy, joint mobilization, and mobility work. - Collaborate daily with Golf Coaches and Fitness Trainers to build holistic development plans. ### **Client Experience** - Act as the primary point of contact for client health, injury prevention, and physical readiness. - Provide a five-star hospitality experience aligned with UGP standards. - Educate clients on movement efficiency, durability, and sustainable performance. ### **Operational Excellence** - Maintain accurate digital documentation. - Uphold facility cleanliness and professional standards. - Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture. ## **Qualifications (Required)** To maintain our standard of care, candidates must hold one of the following active credentials: - **License:** Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Doctor of Chiropractic (DC), or Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). - **Expertise:** Advanced proficiency in soft tissue work and joint mobilization. - **Mindset:** A passion for sports performance and a "client-first" hospitality approach. - **Tools:** Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic digital documentation.
