We do not provide clinic-based services.** ## **Current Opportunity** We're currently seeking a **Certified Behavior Technician** to provide services to a **8 year-old client in Longview.** - **Schedule:** Approximately **25 hours per week (T-F 3:30-7:30PM)** - **Setting:** Home and/or school-based - **Preferred Candidate:** Female CBT **Please note:** Family preferences listed above are based solely on client requests and are considered only where legally appropriate. **Interested in additional hours?** Many of our CBTs supplement their schedules with virtual ABA opportunities. Let us know during the interview process if you're interested, or feel free to apply to our Virtual CBT position as well. ## **What You'll Get** - Competitive pay ($25.00–$28.00/hour) - Flexible scheduling - Ongoing supervision and support from experienced BCBAs - Professional development opportunities - RBT supervision and certification support - A collaborative, mission-driven team - Opportunities for additional cases as they become available - The chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families every day ## **What You'll Do** - Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA - Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs - Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings - Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session - Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians - Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for every client - Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality ## **What You'll Need** ### **Required** **An active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification is required. We do not currently offer training to obtain the certification.** **Applicants without an active CBT certification will not be considered.** - **Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification** - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data - Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools - Strong communication and organizational skills - Compassion, patience, and a passion for helping children succeed ### **Preferred** - Two or more years of experience working with children - Previous ABA therapy experience ## **About Empower Behavior Solutions** At Empower Behavior Solutions, we're more than a workplace, we're a team dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential.
