# Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) **The Gardens | A Spring Oak Assisted Living Program (ALP)** **Located within The Ocean at 101 Boardwalk | Atlantic City, NJ** **Pay: $21.00 per hour** **All shifts available | Weekend availability required** ### Welcome to the Spring Oak Family! Our motto, **“Welcome to the Family,”** reflects our commitment to creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents and team members feel valued and supported. **The Gardens**, a Spring Oak Assisted Living Program located within **The Ocean at 101 Boardwalk in Atlantic City**, is seeking compassionate, dependable **CNAs and CHHAs** to join our care team. In this role, you will help residents with their daily needs while supporting their dignity, comfort, and independence. ### Responsibilities: - Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. - Observe and promptly report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff or supervisors. - Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support. - Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping as needed. - Take and record vital signs as assigned and within the scope of your training. - Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. - Follow individualized care plans and program policies and procedures. - Respect residents’ dignity, privacy, personal preferences, and independence. - Communicate professionally with residents, families, and care team members. ### Qualifications: - **Current New Jersey CNA or CHHA certification required.** - Previous healthcare, senior living, or caregiving experience preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - A compassionate, patient, and dependable approach to resident care. - Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team. ### Shifts: - **All shifts available.** - **Weekend availability required.**
