CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable to physical wellness modalities). Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA, patient privacy, and telehealth practices. Understanding of CIH (Complementary and Integrative Health) principles. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in virtual facilitation or equivalent in-person delivery. Strong technical proficiency using digital wellness platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, custom VA platforms). Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, Kinesiology, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
