Channel Manager (EMEA)

Job description

## **Unleash AI Innovators, Securely** Software is being rewritten in real time. AI agents are starting to write more code than humans do, at a speed no security team has ever had to match, and that single shift is opening up the biggest opportunity our industry has seen in a decade. We're not bracing for it, we're building the company that owns it. Snyk is building the next generation security platform where security isn't a set of tools people operate. It's a team of security agents working alongside your engineers, finding, fixing, and governing risk at the speed software is now built. These agents work alongside both the company build and the agents they adopt. Security stops being a queue of work waiting for people, and becomes a coordinated workforce companies direct and trust. **Job Summary** As Regional Partner Manager for EMEA, you own the strategy, enablement, and performance of Snyk's strategic channel partners across DACH, the Nordics, and Southern EMEA, and you recruit new regional security partners to extend our reach. You will align partners to Snyk's sales segmentation and work alongside our sales teams to build pipeline in each sub-region. This role matters because AI is changing how software gets built, and our partners are how many European customers will adopt secure AI development at scale. **About the Team** You will join Snyk's Partner organization, which builds and grows the channel and alliance relationships that extend Snyk's go-to-market. The team works closely with regional sales leadership to turn partner relationships into pipeline and revenue. **What You’ll Do** - Own the partner strategy and business plan for EMEA, with a focus on DACH, the Nordics, and Southern EMEA, including performance, pipeline, and revenue goals. - Partner with Snyk sales leadership and the broader team to build a joint plan and pipeline in each of your sub-regions. - Develop and embed Snyk into your partners' DevSecOps strategy and business plans, covering every aspect of the relationship. - Recruit and onboard regional, security-focused partners across key markets in DACH, the Nordics, and Southern EMEA. - Adapt your approach to the partner landscape, buying behavior, and language needs of each sub-region. - Build and maintain an alliance partner plan, along with activity and performance reports. - Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with partner and internal stakeholders. - Align partners to Snyk's sales segmentation and to the right Snyk sales teams. - Communicate clearly and consistently with partners and peers to build strong, lasting partnerships. - Represent Snyk at partner activities and events across the region. **What you’ll bring** - 5 or more years of channel sales experience, with a proven track record of selling with or through the security channel partner ecosystem in EMEA. - Experience working with channel partners in DACH, the Nordics, or Southern EMEA is strongly preferred. - A demonstrated record of solution selling and value-based selling. - A solid understanding of Snyk's solutions and the business value they deliver to both partners and customers. - Excellent presentation, written, and communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels of a partner organization and across cultures. - Fluency in English. Additional European languages such as German, a Nordic language, French, Italian, or Spanish are a plus. - High energy and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to travel across the region for partner activities and events. - If this role excites you but you do not meet every requirement, please apply anyway. You might be the person we are looking for. ## **About Snyk** Snyk is committed to creating an inclusive and engaging environment where our employees can thrive as we rally behind our common mission to make the digital world a safer place.
