Support shopper marketing and promotional calendars, ensuring programs align with key retailer moments, brand initiatives, and sales priorities. - Partner closely with Sales to identify channel opportunities and develop marketing programs that support key account objectives. **Performance & Optimization** - Measure channel marketing performance and evaluate the effectiveness of retailer programs, promotions, and marketing investments. - Use performance insights to identify opportunities to optimize future programs and channel investments. - Monitor program results and share key learnings and recommendations with Sales and cross-functional partners. - Apply learnings across retailers and programs to continually improve channel marketing effectiveness. **Qualifications:** **Education & Experience** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. - 5–7 years of experience in channel marketing, shopper marketing, retail marketing, or a related discipline, preferably within CPG, wellness, or consumer brands. - Experience developing and executing retailer-specific marketing programs, promotional plans, and go-to-market strategies. - Experience supporting retail launches and working cross-functionally with Sales and other internal partners. - Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and production partners to execute retail marketing programs and materials. - Experience with Target, Walmart, and/or The Vitamin Shoppe is a plus. **Skills & Competencies** -
