**Team Overview:** Within one of these Business Units, Alternative Heat deliver turnkey plantroom packages at scale, directly to hyperscale developers throughout Europe, under long-term framework agreements. This Business Unit is scaling at pace, and we have secured a 5-year framework agreement to design, manufacture and deliver volume based, turnkey plantroom modules (mechanical, electrical and BMS) to projects throughout Europe, with demand set to increase annually. **Role Overview:** The Mechanical & Electrical Chargehand will support the Site Supervisors and Project Team in the delivery, installation, inspection, and commissioning of modular plantrooms and associated services. The role is hands-on, requiring a strong mechanical and electrical trade background, with responsibility for coordinating site activities, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring work is completed safely and in line with project requirements.
