Requirements Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate between multiple chat conversations efficiently. Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate software applications and work with chat support tools.
