What's the Role We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to support menu production and daily kitchen operations within a premium corporate dining environment. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring the consistent preparation and delivery of high-quality meals while supporting junior team members and maintaining kitchen standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook food in line with menu specifications. Manage and oversee your designated kitchen section. Support menu production and daily service requirements. Assist with stock control and ordering. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards. Support and mentor junior kitchen staff. About You Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role. Strong food preparation and cooking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Full unrestricted working rights within Australia. To be successful, you'll need: Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or unrestricted Australian working rights ( No Working Holiday Visa applications, please ) To reside in or around the Wodonga region The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including a National Police Check Why Choose Sodexo?
