Our 350 employees in Germany live by our motto: “Creating Additive Value”. **Your team** As part of our dynamic sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in the Polish sales region by building and maintaining strong customer relationships within the Coatings, Construction and Adhesives (CCA) business unit. On the basis of a sound technical understanding of our performance additives (including for paints and coatings, printing inks, construction chemicals and adhesives), you will identify and qualify projects, steer them through the pipeline in a disciplined manner and bring them to a successful conclusion. At the same time, you will provide structured market and customer impulses to product management and R&D. **Your responsibilities** - **Development and expansion of the business** in Poland by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships. - **Conducting technical sales talks (Tech Talks)** to identify customer requirements, unmet needs and to position our CCA Portfolio. - **Translation of customer requirements** into qualified projects, technical application studies, sample requests and application tests. - **Development and active management of a CRM-supported sales pipeline**, including StageGate control, prioritization and consistent follow-up‑until decision. - **Increase project‑conversion‑** through disciplined opportunity management and targeted use of samples and technical services. - **Regular customer visits** and virtual meetings, including the creation of visit reports, forecasting and continuous maintenance of up-to-date CRM data. - **Close cooperation with application engineering, product management, supply chain and R&D**, including feedback on market trends, competitive activities and customer needs. **Your Profile** - Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related natural science successfully completed - At least 3 years of experience in sales or closely related functions (marketing, product management) with a demonstrable customer success history - Experience in at least one of the following market segments: **paints and coatings**, **construction chemicals, printing inks, adhesives** or in the distribution of special additives (defoamers, dispersants, thickeners, surface treatment additives, etc.) in the mentioned market segments; technical experience in one of these markets or product lines is not required but will be considered a benefit - Practice in the marketing of technical products including customer training on the correct application - Friendly and committed communication style, negotiation skills at different hierarchical levels - Fluent in English - Structured, self-motivated way of working with a strong ability to work in a team - Willingness to travel > 50%, including multi-day trips abroad and regular visits to our headquarters in Abstatt - The role requires regular visits to our clients **We offer** - A long-term career perspective in a stable, successful, and values-driven family-owned business - Performance-oriented compensation and company car - Private medical healthcare - Comprehensive onboarding process that includes training at our laboratory in Abstatt for a deeper understanding of our products. - An interesting and diverse work environment with great autonomy and exciting content - Opportunity to work with a wide range of products and collaborate with customers to create solutions - Building upon a well-established customer base offers a strong foundation for your success and growth  Please submit your CV in English only.
