If you’re a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) who takes pride in making a difference in the lives of older adults, we’d love to welcome you to our family! ### Responsibilities: - Assist residents with daily personal care and hygiene needs - Provide compassionate support, supervision, and companionship - Administer routine medications in accordance with applicable state guidelines - Assist with developing and updating individualized resident service plans - Build meaningful relationships with residents while promoting their dignity, independence, and well-being - Communicate professionally and compassionately with residents, families, and fellow team members - Contribute to a positive, uplifting community where residents and staff can thrive ### Qualifications: - CurrentCHHA Certification - Completion of applicable required training courses - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Compassion, patience, and empathy - Understanding of and appreciation for the aging process - A dependable team player who genuinely enjoys helping others ### Shift: - Part time- 7:00 am-3:00 pm
