Intellectually courageous and willing to challenge conventional thinking, including senior leadership. Entrepreneurial, competitive, energetic, and comfortable taking calculated risks. Collaborative, generous with credit, and genuinely interested in developing people. Brings humor, optimism, and a sense of fun to demanding work.
