Requirements
Education & Experience
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive financial management experience, including at least 2 years in a healthcare or behavioral health setting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement (Medicare/Medicaid), revenue cycle management, and cost reporting
- Proficiency in financial/accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
- CPA, CMA, or MBA
- Experience in acute inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health finance
- Experience with EHR/billing systems
