We are urgently hiring a **Massachusetts EEC Director II Certified Center Director** to join the leadership team at our licensed childcare and preschool center in Wakefield, MA. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Childcare Center Director**, **Preschool Director**, or **Early Childhood Education Leader** who is passionate about high-quality childcare, staff leadership, family engagement, and maintaining strong EEC compliance standards within a thriving early education program. Our Wakefield location operates under a collaborative **Co-Director leadership model**, designed to provide operational partnership, shared leadership support, and sustainable center management. This structure allows our Directors to focus on what matters most: supporting teachers, maintaining regulatory compliance, building strong family relationships, and creating a positive learning environment for children and staff.
