Location:** Buxton (SK17) **Pay rate:** £48,000 to £55,000 per annum + £3,000 car allowance + bonus structure with the potential to earn up to £8,500 in addition to basic salary **Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (additional/alternative hours may be requested on occasion, to meet business need) Based in the beautiful countryside of the Derbyshire Dales, Peak View is a two-bed service providing immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support. Over a 12 week placement, our young people are given security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment. Every placement provides PACE principle of residential care, access to education and participation in outdoor/adventure activities. We are passionate about promoting and encouraging independence and life skills for our young people, ensuring that their safety and well-being underpins every decision we make.
