RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Civil Engineer – Utility Infrastructure | Civil Design & Utility Infrastructure Engineering [PCBOCC0013012] Design and oversee construction of water, wastewater, and reclaimed water utility infrastructure. Coordinate with planning, permitting, and O&M teams to ensure sustainable and code-compliant infrastructure delivery. Support hydraulic modeling, GIS integration, and environmental permitting documentation. Desired Qualifications For Civil Engineer – Utility Infrastructure | Civil Design & Utility Infrastructure Engineering [PCBOCC0013012] (PCBOCC0013012) Candidates: Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering; PE license preferred.; Experience with utility system layout, FDOT, and local municipal standards. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications 5+ years in municipal utility infrastructure design and project execution. Skills Required AutoCAD, Civil 3D, storm/water modeling tools (e.g., InfoWater), project documentation.
