Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for a Civil Group Manager to assist with our projects in Cranberry PA! **Position Summary**The Civil Group Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, technical excellence, business development, and staff development of MSG's Civil Engineering Group. This role serves as both a strategic leader and technical expert, ensuring the successful delivery of site-civil and land development projects while developing a high-performing team capable of meeting the company's growth objectives. The Civil Group Manager leads through MSG's seller-doer model by maintaining strong client relationships, supporting business development efforts, overseeing project delivery, and mentoring future leaders. This individual serves as a Project Manager on key projects while providing leadership and accountability for the performance, utilization, and development of the civil engineering team.
