You’ll be helping grow a longstanding business while receiving the recognition and support your commitment to professional growth deserves. **This role is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's sign-on bonus program.** **Your Responsibilities as a Civil Project Engineer:** - Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents, with a preferred focus on municipal infrastructure projects - Manage and lead construction observation and project management services to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and specifications - Provide technical guidance and quality control to ensure project deliverables meet all required specifications - Lead client interactions during the design, bidding, contracting, and construction phases, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction - Coordinate closely with municipal staff and regulatory agencies to secure necessary permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations - Collaborate with colleagues and Division Manager to manage and support various infrastructure projects - Engage regularly with city councils, public works departments, and other local entities to discuss project details, provide updates, and align engineering solutions with community needs, and drive strategic initiatives **What we're looking for:** - B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field) - Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure - 8+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on municipal engineering - AutoCAD required; Civil 3D preferred **Why you'll love working for us:** - Flexible Schedule - Competitive Pay - Medical, Vision, Dental, and HSA - Generous PTO - 401K Plan including employer contribution #LI-EK1 Req ID: 11742 Annual Expected Pay Range $120,000—$200,000 USD
