If you’re looking for a place where your technical judgment matters, your work has visible community impact, and your career path can grow with the business, this could be a great next step. **This role is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's sign-on bonus program.** **What You’ll Lead:** - Lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project life cycle; planning, alternatives analysis, design, permitting, bidding, construction support, commissioning, and closeout. - Manage civil, land development, and infrastructure projects. - Serve as a trusted client partner and primary point of contact, helping public agency and utility clients navigate technical, regulatory, budget, schedule, and stakeholder considerations. - Develop and manage scopes, schedules, budgets, risk strategies, technical deliverables, and quality expectations to keep projects moving forward successfully. - Provide technical leadership and QA/QC review for plans, specifications, opinions of probable cost, reports, permits, and construction-phase engineering support. - Mentor and coach engineers, designers, and emerging project managers while creating a collaborative, accountable, and growth-minded team environment. - Support business development through client relationship building, proposal strategy, interviews, presentations, networking, and identification of new and repeat work. - Help clients pursue state, federal, and other funding opportunities that make critical infrastructure improvements possible. **What We’re Looking For:** - B.S. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. - Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Utah - 7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience - Strong technical background in project delivery from conceptual planning through detailed design, permitting, bidding, and construction support. - Ability to communicate effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, subconsultants, internal teams, and community stakeholders. - A leadership style that balances technical confidence with collaboration, mentorship, accountability, and a genuine interest in helping others grow. **Why You’ll Love Working Here:** - Flexible Schedule - Competitive Pay - Medical, Vision, Dental, and HSA - Generous PTO - 401K Plan including employer contribution | | | --- | | Apex Job Title: Project Manager | Req ID: | | | --- | | 12034 | #LI-EK1
