Civil Technical Office Engineer

1. Design Development & Drafting:- Prepare detailed construction drawings for Structural & Bridge or Utilities & Roads projects.- Assist in developing design solutions under guidance of Senior Engineers / Team Leads.2. Technical Support:- Coordinate with Senior Engineers and UAE project teams to clarify technical requirements.- Provide technical input for temporary works, shop drawings, and design modifications.3. Review & Verification:- Check own and peers’ drawings for accuracy and compliance with project standards.- Ensure drawings follow UAE and international codes (Eurocode, BS, AASHTO, DM, RTA, DEWA).4. Team Collaboration:- Work closely with Junior / Drafting Engineers to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.- Assist Team Lead in coordinating tasks within the discipline team.5. Documentation & Reporting:- Maintain proper drawing documentation and version control.- Report progress and issues to the Team Lead or Senior Engineer.Requirements1. Communication & Teamwork:- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate with project engineers.- Good English communication skills (written and spoken).5. Personal Attributes:- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in problem-solving.- Able to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.- Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise under mentorship
