At GXO Logistics , we're looking for professional and customer-focused HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team in Wellingborough , delivering to Costa Coffee stores across the UK. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering an excellent pay, a structured shift pattern, regular overtime opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will be contracted to work an average of 48 hours per week over a 17-week reference period on the shift pattern of 5 on 3 off with the start time window of 16:00 – 20:00 . Regular overtime opportunities available across all shifts and days (weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays) that increases your average holiday pay rate. What you will do on a typical day: Deliver chilled, frozen, and ambient goods to Costa Coffee stores, approximately 10 to 15 deliveries per shift Operate company vehicles safely, legally, and professionally Complete all delivery and compliance documentation accurately and on time Adhere to Driver Hours, Working Time, Tachograph and Road Traffic regulations Build positive relationship with customers at delivery locations What you need to succeed at GXO: Full UK driving licence with category C entitlement Valid Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph cards Maximum of 6 penalty points No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements within the last 5 years Previous Class 2 driving experience is desirable although newly qualified drivers will be considered We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
