Class A Driver | Benefits Day 1 | Weekends Home | $31+ Hourly

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced **Class A CDL Driver** to support **regional shuttle and delivery routes** throughout Colorado and surrounding states. Regular routes may include North Platte, NE, Billings, MT, Grand Junction, CO, **and other locations** as business needs require. This position offers consistent full-time work; however, routes vary based on operational needs and may require **overnight and multi-day trips**. **Meet our drivers:** **\*\*This position is offering a $3k sign-on bonus for new hires. $1k paid after 30 days of employment and $2k paid after 90 days of employment!\*\*** ### What will your job involve? ### **Driving & Route Responsibilities** - Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers - Operate company vehicles **up to 53ft tractor trailers** - Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service - Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues - Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections - Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections - Travel on varied regional routes, including occasional overnight and multi-day trips, based on customer and operational needs ### **Physical & Customer‑Facing Work** - Load and unload containers as needed (**heavy lifting required**) - Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs - Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service ### What are we looking for? - **Valid Class A license** with a clean driving record and DOT medical card - Experience operating vehicles **up to 53'** - Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections - Confidence completing **Level 1–3 DOT road checks** - Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers - Customer‑focused mindset with a flexible, can‑do attitude - Commitment to safe driving and on‑time delivery practices - Ability and willingness to travel on varying regional routes, including overnight stays when required ### Why work for us? - **Job stability** – as an essential service to healthcare we are a non-seasonal and stable business - **Opportunities for overtime** - **Consistent work hours** –M-F position - **Benefits** – Full time roles are provided benefits, sick leave and vacation leave from day one!! - **Permanent position –** This is a Full-time permanent role of 40+ hours per week - **Competitive salary –** This position is offering a SET (non-negotiable) rate of **$31 ($32 with hazmat endorsement)** per hour with a **$3k sign-on bonus!**
