Class A Yard Jockey - 3rd Graveyard Shift

**Daniels Health is offering a $3,000 new hire bonus for joining our amazing team in Baltimore!** We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on **Class A Yard Jockey** with a **Class A license** and experienced with maneuvering large trucks across the Baltimore Plant as well as loading and unloading trailers and trucks! **1811 Portal St** **Baltimore, MD 21224** Check this out on our YouTube! ### What will your job involve? - **Moving trailers and equipment throughout the yard using a yard truck** - Position trailers accurately for efficient loading and unloading - **Load and unload trailers in support of warehouse operations** - Perform daily safety inspections on yard trucks and equipment - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard - Communicate with yard and warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations - Safely operate straight trucks and tractor trailers (26’–53’) - **Heavy lifting REQUIRED!!** ### What are we looking for? - **Class A license** with a clean driving record and **VALID DOT MEDICAL CARD** - **Minimum 3 years** experience operating **straight truck/tractor trailer up to 53ft** - Passing our **7 Year FADV review** in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse - Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations - Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections - Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus - Proven longevity in past employment - **TOUCH FREIGHT EXPERIENCE!!!** Preferred background: - \*\*Soiled Linens - \*\*Ice/Liquor/Pallets of Food Product - \*\*Municipal Waste - \*\*Medical/Office Equipment ### Why work for us? - **Job stability** – as an essential service to healthcare we are a non-seasonal and stable business - **Opportunities for overtime** - **Consistent work hours** –M-F position 3rd Shift **(5PM to 5AM)** - **Benefits** – Full time roles are provided benefits, sick leave and vacation leave from day one!! - **DIRECT HIRE –** This is a Full-time **DIRECT HIRE** of 40-50 hours per week! - **Competitive salary –** This position is offering**a set rate (non-Negotiable) of $31.00 per hour!**
