### What will your job involve? ### **Driving & Route Responsibilities** - Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers - Operate company vehicles **up to 26’ box trucks** - Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service - Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues - Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections - Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections ### **Physical & Customer‑Facing Work** - Load and unload containers throughout the day (**heavy lifting required**) - Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs - Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service ### What are we looking for? - **Valid Class B CDL or valid drivers license** with a clean driving record and DOT medical card - Experience operating vehicles **up to 26’ box trucks** - Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections - Confidence completing **Level 1–3 DOT road checks** - Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers - Customer‑focused mindset with a flexible, can‑do attitude - Commitment to safe driving and on‑time delivery practices ### Why work for us? - **Job stability** – as an essential service to healthcare we are a non-seasonal and stable business - **Opportunities for overtime** - **Consistent work hours** –M-F position 1st Shift **(5AM to 3PM)** - **Benefits** – Full time roles are provided benefits, sick leave and vacation leave from day one! - **Permanent position –** This is a Full-time permanent role of 40 hours per week - **Competitive salary –** This position is offering a **SET (non-negotiable) rate DEPENDENT ON LICENSE TYPE** - **Non-CDL Pay -** $26 per hour - **CDL Pay -** $27 per hour - **CDL with HAZMAT ENDORSEMENT -** $28 per hour - **SIGN ON BONUS! $3K SIGN ON**
