Job description
BCRC, Inc. (Beaver County Rehabilitation Center) is a non-profit agency that provides support to people with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities with the goal of increasing independence, securing employment, and enriching relationships through community inclusion. This positions helps individuals with disabilities build office and clerical skills. You will guide and train participants as they work on document scanning, data entry, and filing projects in BCRC's digital records department. Schedule: 3 day/wk - Monday, Tuesday, and one additional flexible weekday. 7:30AM-3:30PM No weekends, holidays or evenings Key Responsibilities: Train and Coach: Teach participants how to sort, scan, copy, and file office documents. Assist participants in reading records and typing key details into computer databases. Monitor the participants' work to ensure it accurately meets business standards. Support participants on their individual goals to foster growth and confidence. Community Engagement: Support participants in self-directed living as they engage in community activities. Benefits: $18.40 / Hourly Wage, Paid Time Off (PTO), Eleven Paid Holidays, Employee Wellness Program Job Requirements Minimum requirement is a high school diploma (or GED) Basic to intermediate computer skills (experience with Microsoft Word and Excel). Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
