We are building a talent pool for an exciting new Client Liaison Officer opportunity anticipated to commence in January 2027 . While the role is not immediately available, we are seeking exceptional leaders who would like to be considered early for this exciting venture and future growth journey. To serve as the key link between internal business units and the in-house creative team, managing the flow of projects from briefing to delivery. The Client Liason Officer ensures that creative outputs are well-briefed to meet business objectives and uphold the studio’s professional standards . REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION Certificate in Business Administration or Marketing/ Communications REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 5 years of experience in client service or account management in a creative agency environme nt / account management Client complaints DESIRED EXPERIENCE Experience in Project Management KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Coordinate and manage incoming creative requests, ensuring clear and accurate briefss Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with vendors and business units to understand needs and priorities Maintain organised records, approvals, and project documentation in the studio system Support the Design Studio Manager with project tracking, reporting, and workflow improvements Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward improving team processes and relationships by sharing constructive feedback, supporting new initiatives, and helping to strengthen the agency’s service culture REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Corporate identity, tone, style, character, and brand guidelines Computer software packages, including Microsoft Office Packages Project management principles and process Analytical and Reporting Skills Interpersonal and Communication Skills Attention to Detail Accountability & Ownership Collaboration & Teamwork Adaptability & Change Agility All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
