We are looking for a **Client Partner** to join our Reddit Ads team in the Philippines — a driven, commercially sharp sales professional with a hunter mindset who is passionate about building new business from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in **media sales, digital advertising sales, or business development** who wants to grow their career in the Philippines' fast-expanding digital advertising and agency ecosystem based in BGC, Taguig. ### What You Will Do: - Drive new business acquisition with a strong focus on hunting and prospecting. - Identify, pitch, and close opportunities with brands and agencies. - Build and grow a strong pipeline of advertisers for Reddit Ads. - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and media agencies. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful advertising solutions. - Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets in a competitive market. ### What We Are Looking For: - 2–4 years of experience in media sales, digital advertising, ad sales, or related fields - Strong hunter mindset with a proven ability to unlock new business - Experience in media sales or digital ad sales is highly preferred - Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and the programmatic/social media landscape - Agency relations experience (media agency or advertising agency background) is an added advantage - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-oriented, KPI-driven environment ### Why Join Aleph: - Be part of the team representing Reddit Ads in one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing digital advertising markets - Play a direct, revenue-generating role in shaping Reddit's new business strategy in the Philippines from the ground up - Work alongside a collaborative, high-performing sales and agency-relations team based in BGC, Taguig - Access to global platform partnerships and training that support long-term career growth in digital media sales - Competitive, performance-driven culture where hunting new business is recognized and rewarded
