Client Success Manager

Job description

Position Title: Client Success Manager Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Primary shift 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PHT, giving overlap with EMEA clients through the day and with US partners in the final hours of the shift. Occasional flexibility for partner calls outside this window. Fully remote. Role Overview: Atticus Solutions is seeking a Client Success Manager to own the client and partner relationship after the sale, ensuring high account engagement, timely renewals, and proactive support. This post-implementation role serves as the single point of contact for end clients and white-label partners, coordinating closely with regional delivery leads. The Client Success Manager will oversee onboarding, consumption monitoring, timesheet collection, and churn-risk escalation to drive long-term client retention. What You’ll Be Doing: End-client success: onboarding and trial follow-through, proactive check-ins, hours-consumption monitoring, renewals and top-ups, and satisfaction reviews. White-label partner success: day-to-day partner communication, resource-request intake, status and utilization reporting, and satisfaction check-ins. Timesheet collection and invoice support across both service lines — chasing, validating and closing the loop before billing cut-off. Deployed-consultant account care: monthly check-ins with both the client and the consultant, surfacing performance or engagement signals to the Head of Delivery. Renewal, expansion and churn-risk signals — flagged early to delivery and sales with enough context to act on. What You’ll Need: 3–5 years in client success, account management or service delivery coordination — ideally in ERP, NetSuite, professional services, or staff augmentation (with at least 2 years in ERP, NetSuite, professional services or staff augmentation). Strategic thinker who can look beyond day-to-day account management, anticipate client needs, identify risks and opportunities, and plan proactive actions to support long-term client success. Comfortable in a post-implementation, ticket-and-subscription support model: SLAs, consumption tracking, renewals - not project implementation. Genuinely strong follow-through: keeps commitment loops closed over weeks without being chased, and logs work in systems rather than memory. Confident client-facing communication in English, written and verbal, with both end clients and partner firms in the US, EMEA and APAC. ERP familiarity to hold a credible conversation and route issues correctly. Deep technical, configuration, or development skill is not required. Working knowledge of CRM and work-management tools (HubSpot, ClickUp, Teamwork or equivalents). Sound judgement about escalation: knows what to own and what belongs to delivery, finance or leadership. What Will Set You Apart: Experience working with white-label or outsourced delivery partners. Exposure to subscription or retainer commercial models (renewals, top-ups, fair-use). Familiarity with EOS or a similar structured operating cadence.
