With your permission, we can keep your information on file as Affect continues to grow and expand. If you're interested in Affect, we also encourage you to visit [****](http://www.affect.com) and look around! You can learn more about who we are, the Members we serve, our approach to care, and what we're building. ## About Affect Affect is transforming behavioral health care by making high-quality mental health and substance use disorder treatment more accessible through technology and compassionate, evidence-based care. Our 100% virtual model brings together licensed clinicians, medical providers, innovative technology, and a dedicated care team to support Members wherever they are in their journey. We provide care for individuals navigating a range of behavioral health needs — from anxiety, depression, and trauma to substance use disorders, including opioid, stimulant, alcohol, and cannabis use disorders. Most importantly, there are real people behind the technology. Our clinicians and care teams build meaningful relationships with Members while helping remove barriers that too often prevent people from getting the care they need. ## Who We'd Love to Meet ### Mental Health Therapists We welcome applications from licensed mental health professionals, including: **LPC • LMHC • LCSW • LMFT • LPCC • LCPC and equivalent clinical licenses** Depending on the state and license, we may also be able to support certain non-independently licensed clinicians. Mental Health opportunities may include **full-time and part-time schedules**, depending on our needs in each state. You must also be licensed in your resident state. ### Substance Use Disorder Counselors We're interested in connecting with **licensed or certified addiction and substance use disorder counselors** who are passionate about recovery and evidence-based treatment. Because SUD credential names and requirements vary considerably by state, we encourage you to apply and provide the **exact license or certification you hold and the state in which it was issued**. You must also be licensed in your resident state. Our SUD Counselors provide virtual individual and group counseling and work collaboratively with medical providers and the broader care team. ### Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners We're also interested in connecting with **licensed PMHNPs with active DEA registration.** Experience treating substance use disorders and prescribing buprenorphine/Suboxone is required. PMHNP candidates should hold an active, unrestricted license and prescriptive authority in their state of practice and have an **active DEA registration**. You must be licensed in your resident state. ## What It's Like to Work at Affect Depending on the position, state, and employment status, opportunities with Affect may include: - 100% remote care - Full-time and select part-time opportunities. \*\*\****Please note that Substance Use Disorder Counselor positions are full-time only.*** - W-2 compensation for eligible clinical roles rather than per-session pay - Medical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible employees - Paid vacation, sick time, and company-observed holidays for eligible employees - 401(k) - Employer-paid life and disability insurance for eligible employees - Continuing education and professional development opportunities - Technology designed to reduce administrative burden, including AI-powered clinical documentation support for therapists - A collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical team - The opportunity to help expand access to behavioral health care across the country ## A Note About Licensure Because telehealth licensing requirements vary by state, **all professional licenses and certifications must be active and verifiable through the appropriate state licensing board or credentialing authority**. Our hiring needs also vary by state and can change as Affect expands. If we don't have the right opportunity for you today, that doesn't mean we won't have one in the future. ## Don't See Your State or Role Open Right Now? Apply Anyway.
