The listed pay range or pay rate reflects compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. Actual compensation may differ depending on assigned hours and position status (e.g., part-time). Pay Range: $94,556.80 - $124,176.00 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Position Overview ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Support organizational shared governance structure. Mentors staff and leaders in shared governance practice. Attends shared governance meetings to provide guidance and support with project development and outcome identification. Support recognition of clinical staff and clinical initiatives. Collaborates with departmental leadership in the development of recognition program. Serves as resource to support external recognition/designation programs. Participate in clinical research and evidence-based practice initiatives. Promotes participation in clinical research and evidence-based practice projects by staff at levels. Promotes dissemination of clinical programs and projects at internal and external conferences and publications. Participate in the analysis of quality data metrics and development of programs to improve outcomes. Assists in maintaining databases and identifying benchmarks as appropriate. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to drive clinical practice to achieve optimal outcomes. Promotes evidence-based practice by demonstrating a commitment to quality patient care and clinical excellence. Participate in educational initiatives to promote shared governance, evidence-based practice, and clinical excellence Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Master's of science in nursing degree. Experience: Three years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting. Other Credentials: Registered Nurse - NJ Knowledge and Skills: Strong writing and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Special Training: Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office. Mental, Behavioral and Emotional Abilities: Must be able to manage a large amount of activity and several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
