Review delegated assessment activities, scoring, interpretation, documentation, and recommendations. - Ensure services remain within each clinician’s training, competence, and permitted scope of practice. - As the program expands, transition into broader supervision and leadership responsibilities. **✅ Quality, Compliance & Collaboration** - Maintain compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, state regulations, professional ethics, documentation requirements, and test-security standards. - Collaborate with therapists, psychiatric providers, care coordinators, schools, and other members of the care team. - Participate in quality assurance, clinical audits, utilization review, and corrective-action activities. -
