The Clinic & Outpatient Center Coordinator, coordinates for the daily operational, and administrative performance of the outpatient clinics and diagnostic center. This position ensures flawless clinical workflows, high-standard facility upkeep, strict regulatory compliance, efficient inventory control, and exemplary person-centered care. The center Coordinator manages administrative and clinical personnel, nurtures physician relationships, and drives continuous process improvements through data-driven reporting. Manage daily patient intake, registration, appointments booking and throughput in the HIS/EMR to minimize wait times and eliminate bottlenecks. Coordinate physician schedules, staffing rosters, and room allocations to maximize clinic and diagnostic utilization. Conduct daily inspections of exam and diagnostic areas. Act as the first point of contact for patient issues and service recovery, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care. Monitor patient satisfaction surveys, investigate complaints if any and execute corrective action plans. Analyze monthly patient volumes, physician utilization trends, and referral compliance to identify bottlenecks and service expansion opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with consulting physicians and referring providers, and collaborate on marketing campaigns to drive patient growth. Direct administrative and clinical staff, oversee onboarding, assign daily schedules, and conduct SMART performance and competency evaluations. BS in nursing or in a clinical/ paramedical field is a must Master’s degree in healthcare management or public health is a plus. 7+ years of experience in healthcare or clinical field. Administrative skills, Organization, Time and People Management abilities Customer Service skills and Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems. Ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic; French is a plus.
