The Cloud, Data & Microsoft 365 Support Analyst provides hands on project support across cloud platforms (Azure and AWS), data services(data lake, data hub), and Microsoft 365 as part of divestment and separation programmes. The role supports delivery of executable plans to derive separation activities, working under the direction of technical leads and project managers, and operates within established BP governance, security, and operational standards. Cloud & Data Platform Support:Provide SME support for cloud and data platforms across Microsoft Azure and AWS, in line with agreed designs and standards for migrationSupport Project lead in doing analysis on cloud services including compute, storage, networking, and managed databases. Assist with data migration, validation, and issue resolution during separation delivery. Microsoft 365 Support Provide SME support for Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams. Work with bp/ vendor technical leads to plan & execute approved tasks related to tenant separation, access changes, and data migrations. Work with identity and security teams to plan & implement approved access and configuration changes. Assist with subscription, tenant, account, and identity separation tasks across Azure and AWS. Support & track cutover events, hyper care, and post separation stabilisation.
