Your profile A strong foundation in cloud platforms, ideally AWS, forms the backbone of your daily work Infrastructure as Code is second nature, with tools like Terraform used to shape and evolve environments with confidence Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment approaches like GitOps brings a natural flow to how software reaches production A deep sense of ownership ensures that what is built is also cared for, maintained, and continuously improved Collaboration feels effortless, with close partnerships across development teams creating better solutions together A thoughtful, solution-oriented mindset paired with genuine curiosity drives continuous learning and growth with German language skills as a welcome plus for closer collaboration. Der Recruiting-Prozess Our interview process is designed to be simple, personal, and a little bit fun, so we can get to know each other naturally. It kicks off with a short, relaxed phone chat (about 15–20 minutes) just enough to exchange first impressions and spark curiosity. Next, you’ll hop on a video call via MS Teams with someone from the team, where you can dive deeper, ask questions, and see how we collaborate day-to-day. The final step is the most exciting: we invite you to our office!
