The Cloud Operations Administrator III is responsible for supporting and managing the day-to-day operations of customer-hosted cloud environments. This role contributes to efficiency and optimization initiatives, mentors junior team members, and serves as an escalation point for cross-functional teams. The Cloud Operations Specialist III performs advanced tasks within the Jenzabar One ecosystem, including troubleshooting complex customer-reported issues and configuring cloud-hosted systems. Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for complex cloud issues including priority 1 incidents, service failures, performance-related issues, and escalations from cross-functional teams
- Perform test and production upgrades on hosted systems for applications in the Jenzabar One ecosystem

- Provide root cause analysis, detailed incident reports, and post-mortem analysis for resolved issues

Qualifications
- 4-6 years experience in a cloud or systems administration role
- Ability to work 2nd shift EST hours
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies, networking, automation tools, and security
- Familiarity with one or more scripting languages (e.g. T-SQL, PowerShell, Python)
- Expert troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex cloud-related problems
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization technologies (e.g. Docker and Kubernetes), cloud solution training/certifications, etc. are desirable
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to assist in onboarding and mentoring junior staff members under the direction of Cloud Services Leadership
