We are seeking a Cloudflare Network Security Specialist that will support the deployment, operation and optimization of Cloudflare One services, helping organizations strengthen secure connectivity and accelerate Zero Trust adoption. This role focuses on cloud-delivered network security capabilities, supporting secure access to applications, users and resources while contributing to the delivery of modern security architectures. Working closely with cloud, infrastructure and security teams, the successful candidate will help implement and support Zero Trust and SASE initiatives, improve network security controls and assist with the resolution of connectivity and access-related issues. Through operational support, technical analysis and cross-functional collaboration, this role contributes to secure and reliable network access for global clients. You will participate in Cloudflare One deployments, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) implementations, Secure Web Gateway (SWG) and CASB initiatives, identity integration projects and secure connectivity transformations while continuously developing expertise in Zero Trust and SASE technologies. What You'll Do Support the deployment and administration of Cloudflare One services Support Cloudflare Browser Isolation capabilities and secure browsing initiatives Assist with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) implementations Support Secure Web Gateway (SWG) and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) capabilities Assist with Cloudflare Tunnel onboarding, private network connectivity and secure access solutions Support Identity Provider integrations using Entra ID and SSO technologies Troubleshoot networking, DNS and application access issues Analyze security and network logs to support incident resolution Create and maintain operational documentation and implementation deliverables Collaborate with cloud, security and infrastructure teams Continuously develop expertise in Zero Trust and SASE technologies Support Device Posture integrations and endpoint security enforcement initiatives Support Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and data protection policy implementations What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering or a related field 4 or more years of experience in Networking, Security, Cloud Security, Infrastructure Engineering or Security Operations Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, VPN, HTTP/HTTPS, Authentication and Network Security concepts Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, Entra ID, Zero Trust principles and Identity Security concepts Ability to troubleshoot network, connectivity and application access issues Experience analyzing logs and technical data to support incident investigation and resolution Ability to create operational documentation and implementation deliverables Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across cloud, security, and infrastructure teams Excellent communication, verbal and written skills Fluent English communication skills are mandatory Legal : Must own a valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space Nationality to legally work in Portugal What Will Set You Apart Experience with Cloudflare One Experience with Browser Isolation technologies Understanding of Device Posture and endpoint compliance concepts Experience supporting Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions Experience with Secure Web Gateway (SWG) technologies Experience with CASB solutions Familiarity with SSE/SASE architecture Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions Exposure to Private Access and Zero Trust network architectures Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies Experience with Palo Alto, Zscaler, Netskope or similar technologies Exposure to Azure Networking environments Exposure to AWS Networking environments Relevant certifications: Cloudflare Fundamentals Accreditation Cloudflare One Accreditation CCNA Security+ SC-900 AZ-900 AZ-500 SC-200 CC Additional Information Opportunity to work on global Cloudflare-based security transformation projects Access to Cloudflare University training and certification paths Collaboration with international security, cloud and networking professionals Exposure to cutting-edge Zero Trust, SASE, SSE and Network Security solutions Occasional travel within Europe may be required depending on project needs Hybrid working model based in Porto About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
