We currently have over 150 stores across the UK with more store openings on the way. We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to help with our growth plan. Reporting to the Regional Manager, a successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the stores within their Region, delivering service and service/sales training to ensure our staff provide best in class customer service to the benefit of our customers. Main Responsibilities : Managing 10 to 20 employees across 3 to 5 stores. To support the retail staff within your area whilst both delivering and overseeing their training and development on an ongoing basis Working alongside your staff trading on the shop floor Ensuring that there are no obstacles to the trading of the stores under your care Managing store rota’s and staffing, including recruitment Oversee general performance standards and time management on a regular basis Monitor sales and KPI reporting The ideal candidate will: Have a proven track record as a Manager in a retail/hospitality/fast paced environment Be customer service driven Be highly motivated and ambitious Be able to demonstrate high levels of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills Benefits: Up to £35,000 DOE Comprehensive training provided Company pension scheme 28 days holiday entitlement Paid breaks Up to 50% Staff discount Fantastic opportunities for development If you feel you would be well suited to this role, hit apply now!
