Job description

**FII USA, Inc.,** a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a **CMMS Administrator/Facility Coordinator** to support the Facilities Department by managing and maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and coordinating facility maintenance activities. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate tracking, scheduling, and documentation of maintenance activities while supporting regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and reliability across all facility systems. The **CMMS Administrator/Facility Coordinator** will oversee preventive maintenance scheduling, vendor coordination, and compliance tracking for building systems and assist the Facilities Department as needed.
