Spring Oak is proud to be recognized as a "Great Place to Work" our motto is "Welcome to the Family" We believe in creating a warm welcoming, and uplifting environment where residents and staff celebrate life and wellness to the fullest. ### Responsibilities: - Assist residents with daily personal care & hygiene needs - Provide support, supervision, and companionship - Administer routine medications in accordance with state guidelines - Help develop and update resident service plans - Communicate professionally with residents, families & staff ### Qualifications: - Current CNA Certification - Completion of applicable training courses - Strong verbal & written communication skills - Compassion & understanding of the aging process ### Shift: - 7am–3pm Shift (1 Full-time / 1 Part-time; every other weekend) - 3pm–11pm Shift (1 Full-time/ 1 Part-time; every other weekend) - 11pm–7am Shift (1 Full-time / 1 Part-time every other weekend)
