Spring Oak | Culpeper We’re looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. If you’re someone who finds purpose in helping others, building relationships, and creating a positive environment, we’d love to welcome you to our family! ### Responsibilities: - Provide compassionate assistance with residents’ daily personal care and hygiene needs - Offer support, supervision, and meaningful companionship - Administer routine medications in accordance with state guidelines - Assist with developing and updating individualized resident service plans - Build positive relationships with residents and their families - Communicate professionally and effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members - Help create a warm, welcoming, and uplifting environment where residents feel at home ### Qualifications: - Current CNA Certification - Completion of all applicable training requirements - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Support residents with mobility, transfers, and daily activities - Assist with meals and monitor residents’ dietary needs - Take and record vital signs and weights as directed - Observe and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior - Follow individualized care/service plans - Assist with medication routines in accordance with state guideline - Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment - Complete accurate resident care documentation - Participate in activities and promote meaningful resident engagement - Communicate professionally with residents, families, and the care team - Protect residents’ dignity, privacy, and rights ### Shift: - Full-time 6:00am -2:00pm Part-time 2:00pm-10:00pm
